Project Management For Boilermakers Training Kansas City, KS - (10/9/2015)

M.O.S.T. has scheduled the next Project Management for Boilermakers Training to be held in Kansas City, January 10 – 15, 2016.  The purpose of this program is to train Boilermakers, who have demonstrated exceptional leadership ability, to become project manager for our signatory contractors.

Applications are currently being accepted for this class.  Keep in mind this training is designed to teach upper management skills.  As such, applicants with extensive supervisory experience should be encouraged to apply.

Applications can be obtained via the MOST website at www.mostprograms.com.  Space is limited and therefore the Most Project Management Subcommittee will determine who is selected to attend this class based on its evaluation of the applications received.  It is important to provide the subcommittee with all information requested.

Please note, the application must be signed by at least two (2) of the following:

        Local Lodge Business Manager 
Signatory Contractor Representative 
Representative of an Owner/Client who utilizes Boilermakers

The completed application should be sent to M.O.S.T., 753 State Ave., Suite 800, Kansas City, KS 66101 and must be received no later than Friday, November 6, 2015.  Individuals who were not selected for a previous class should reapply for this upcoming class. 

Individuals completing the Project Management for Boilermakers Course will receive a certification from PMI, The Project Management Institute.  This highly coveted certification is recognized throughout the industry and is only available to programs meeting very strict standards.
